Account Access
For all existing accounts using an email address as their username, your account details have been migrated to the new website. You can sign in now using your email address.
For existing accounts that use a username rather than an email address:
- If you updated your username to an email address on the old website, your account details have been migrated to the new website. You can sign in now using your email address.
- If you didn’t update your username to an email address on the old website, click on ‘Forgot your password’ on the sign in screen, enter the email address associated with your account, and follow the instructions to reset your password and log in.

If you are a Healthcare Professional/Practitioner, business owner, or student or a patient with a referral code from your practitioner, you can sign up here.
When logged in, navigate to the person icon on the top right-hand side to access the Account section.
- Navigate to the log in screen
- Click ‘Forgot your password’
- Enter your email
- A unique link will be sent to your email, follow the prompts and set up a new password
For security reasons, please keep your data safe and do not share your log in details or reuse passwords from other sites.
If you are a patient and you have a referral code for the BioCeuticals website given to you by your practitioner you can create an account and order products. Navigate to Sign Up and click on the last option ‘I am a Patient and I have a referral code’, follow the sign up instructions and enter the referral code given to you by your practitioner.
