Product Information:
- Recommended daily dose provides 500µg of folic acid which may help reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken preconceptually and in the early stages of pregnancy.
- Contains iodine which is essential for normal healthy growth and cognitive development of the foetus and new baby, as well as thyroid hormone synthesis.
- InNatal® has been formulated to provide several key nutrients for pregnancy including vitamin D3, choline, zinc and the B complex vitamins.
- Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supports energy production and recent studies suggest its antioxidant function is involved in the healthy physiology of early pregnancy. During lactation, CoQ10 is naturally found in high concentrations in colostrum and transition breast milk.4,5
