MultiGest® Enzymes provides a complement of plant derived enzymes to assist in the breakdown of carbohydrates, proteins, lactose and cellulose (fibre). By providing nutritional support for healthy digestion, supplemental enzymes may help to maintain general well-being and healthy nutritional status.

Directions:
Adults: Take 1-2 capsules up to three times daily. Take with a full glass of water with a meal or up to 30 minutes before a meal. For larger meals take 3 capsules or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
