Please do not provide a P.O. Box as delivery address. We require an adult's
signature upon delivery of prescribed supplements.
Return Stock/Credits
We are happy to authorise the return of stock or credit if stock was
incorrectly supplied.
Obtaining Authorisation
Goods will only be approved for credit/return by seeking authorisation from
Customer Service within seven working days of invoice date. You must repack
items (if opened), enclose a copy of the invoice and make the items available
for collection.
An authorised return or credit will only be issued if:

The goods are received within seven working days from date of authorisation, and
-
The goods are in re-saleable condition (unless items are reported damaged) that
being, tamper evident seal is unbroken and in place, container/label is
undamaged.
Also:

Returned damaged items will only be exchanged for the same item.

FIT-BioCeuticals™ reserves the right at all times to respond to specific circumstances at our
discretion.

All orders within Australia will incur a freight & handling cost, to
which GST is applicable.

For international deliveries, all orders will be charged the standard freight
costs by UPS.
International Orders:
FIT-BioCeuticals™ shall not be held responsible for any international orders once they have
left our warehouse.
Any costs or delays that may be caused by Customs or local Freight are the
Customer’s responsibility.
Countries may change their import laws at any time. You are responsible for any
orders refused by your customs authorities
All customs duties, taxes or other fees are the sole responsibility of the
Purchaser.
FIT-BioCeuticals™ will not be responsible for products or packages that are
delayed, confiscated or returned by customs officials for any reason.
International shipments returned to us for any reason, including failure to
obtain import permission from your local postal or health authorities, will not
be refunded unless they are returned to FIT-BioCeuticals™ in re-salebale condition, at your
own cost.
Packages returned to us due to import restrictions or due to lack of import
permission may be charged the return shipping fee and a re-stocking charge of
20%. Foreign customers are also responsible for paying import duties/taxes or
other fees. We are not responsible for packages confiscated by your respective
customs officials for any reason.
